Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of confirmed payment, we ship products within 1 to 2 business days.  Insurance is required on all shipments.  Delivery times are at the discretion of the freight company.

Firearm Policy

We only ship firearms to verified Federal Firearm License holders.  Check with your local firearms dealers about FFL transfers.  We require a valid copy of a dealer’s FFL before shipment.  In the case that you are denied the firearm by authorities, you may request a refund.  We will charge a 25% restocking fee in this instance.

Return Policy

All items are guaranteed to function 100% properly unless otherwise stated in the listing.  In the event that your merchandise arrives defective, you are required to contact us with your problem within 48 hours of receipt.  Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number. You must ship the item within 3 days of receiving this number (write the number on the package).  We will evaluate the item in question to determine the problem.  If it is a minor issue we will have it repaired and shipped back to you at no additional cost.  Otherwise we will give a full refund of the purchase price and your original shipping cost.  A 15% restocking fee will be assessed if you fail to ship the item within the 3 day period, and after 5 days no refunds will be issued.
